(One Day Course)
Students arrive at 10am or at 5pm and are offered coffee and Italian biscuits during the day or wine and canapés in the evening.
Enjoy a friendly relaxed day
We discuss the lesson including menus and recipes for the day
At around 1pm or 8pm the meal is ready to be enjoyed over a glass of wine
The day ends at approx 2pm or 9pm
