Terms and Conditions
A letter of confirmation and a non- refundable booking fee of £100.00 and 25% of the invoice value is required to secure the date.
Quotations are subject to price increases up to 12 weeks before the date of the function after which a firm price will be given.
In the event of a cancellation the following scale of charges will apply.
28 days before event -20% of complete charge.
14 days before event -25 % of complete charge
7 days before event - 50% of complete charge.
Minimum number of guests are required in writing 10 days prior to the function and the charge will be based on this figure. If the numbers increase, these may be added as required up to the day before the function and charged accordingly. However guests who do not attend will be charged for.
A further 25 % deposit of the total expected bill will be required 2 months prior to the function.
Settlement of the account is required 2 weeks before the event. Further charges or refunds due will be made within 2 weeks after event date.
If the invoice becomes in default interest shall be payable on any overdue account from the due date of the invoice to the date on which payment in full is made ( whether before or after judgement) on a daily basis at the rate of 5% per annum above the base rate of National Westminster Bank . This will be together with reimbursement of all costs and expenses( including legal costs ) incurred in the collection of any overdue amount.
Damaged table linen will be charged for at £30 a tablecloth and £2.50 a napkin. ( Particularly candle wax stains, cigarette burns/stains and graffiti)
